Unraveling Nutritional Queries: A Research Article Investigating Key Questions in Nutrition

This research article presents an exploration of nutrition from the perspective of students at Alhamd Islamic University and College of Nursing, Christian Hospital, Quetta. The study aims to capture the questions and inquiries raised by these students concerning proper nutrition and its impact on human health. Proper nutrition is recognized as a cost-effective approach to mitigate the burden of various diseases and risk factors, including obesity. Through a series of interviews and surveys, the research delves into the students' curiosities about the role of nutrition in managing weight, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and preventing non-communicable diseases (NCDs) like diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer. The students' questions center on the importance of a balanced diet, encompassing a rich variety of fruits, vegetables, and low-fat options, in strengthening the immune system and bolstering defense against diseases. Their inquiries highlight the significance of obtaining essential vitamins and minerals through a healthy diet and the potential long-term benefits for overall well-being. By addressing these questions and encouraging an open dialogue, this article seeks to enhance the students' understanding of nutrition's impact on human health and inspire further research in the field. The insights gained from this study can inform future public health initiatives and educational programs, facilitating the promotion of healthier lifestyles and disease prevention strategies among the student community at Alhamd Islamic University and College of Nursing, Christian Hospital, Quetta.
